I am now offering training programs through my app. All the programs I do myself are loaded and scheduled in the app with videos and guidance to help you build the physique you dream of. My programs focus on stronger full lower bodies, a toned upper body, and a tight core. We utilize the 3:2:1 method, which means we will train lower body 3 days a week, upper body 2 days a week, and 1 day of mobility, plyometrics, and posture correction.
