I believe that HOW we fuel our body for life is as important if not more important than the activity in life itself. Activity, fitness, movement is of course important to our longevity, but if we fuel our body with over-processed junk, it does not matter how much we train, we will continue to suffer from low-energy, gut problems, chronic inflammation, poor skin, and the list goes on.
