Strength rebuilt me. Now I help other women discover what it can build in them.
I've been an athlete for as long as I can remember. I started playing soccer at seven and quickly fell in love with competition. But behind the athlete was a young woman struggling with body image, food, and the belief that being smaller somehow meant being better.
At fifteen, everything changed when I shattered my leg during a soccer game. Just a few months after recovering from that, I ruptured a disc in my lower back. I lost strength and sensation in my legs and was told I would never play soccer again. I was broken. My entire identity was in the game.
I gained over 50 pounds. Struggled emotionally. And for a while, I didn't recognize myself. But, that chapter of my life ultimately became the catalyst for something much bigger.
I stopped chasing smaller and started building stronger.

I found my way back through movement - running, spin, boot camps-and eventually strength training. For the first time, I stopped focusing on being smaller and started discovering what my body was capable of.

Lifting changed the way I saw myself. Strength gave me confidence, discipline, and freedom. What started as a way to rebuild my body became a way to rebuild me.

I know what it feels like to lose yourself - and what it takes to find your way back. Strength training gave me more than a strong body. It taught me discipline, resilience, confidence, and the power of choosing myself.
She Rises was created to help other women discover that same strength. Not to chase perfection. Not to shrink and became smaller. but to become stronger, more capable, and more confident in who they are.
BECAUSE WHEN A WOMAN DISCOVERS HER STRENGTH,
IT CHANGES FAR MORE THAN HER BODY.
IT CHANGES THE WAY SHE SHOWS UP FOR HER LIFE.
